Revitalized hotel ready for business again
Omaha.comThe Magnolia Hotel at 1615 Howard St., held a grand opening and ribbon cutting Thursday morning, marking the beginning of the historic building's life as a boutique hotel. Magnolia, which is based in Denver, purchased the former Sheraton property in December 2006. Total cost to purchase and renovate the building was about $14 million, the company said.
