Brokerage firm picks potential new boss
Omaha.comA Toronto Dominion Bank executive has been tapped as a possible successor to TD Ameritrade Chief Executive Joe Moglia. Fred Tomczyk will become chief operating officer of TD Ameritrade in July. His employment agreement contains a provision for an enhanced severance package if he does not get the top job in the event Moglia leaves.
